I have a 79' 351m ford ranger, short wheelbase, and every thing exhaust wise is cut off and straight piped ( IT'S LOUD ) . I live in the middle of now where so no one really cares about the loudness. How ever my girl friend lives in the city of Huntsville and i've gotton pulled over 2 twice for the spound pollution . So i'm gonna have to get a cut out or somethin. Wassup350
I drive a 1997 Pontiac Sunfire GT. The thing has 184000 miles on it and still runs like a champ. It's got a 2.4 liter 4 cylinder and i think it puts out about 140 horse from what pontiac claims it has. I need a truck very bad though, i love having a nice sporty car but i really need something to throw the shee in the back of and my sled. Screamin_Demon
Just have a homely 2000 Ford Ranger flareside. Kinda disappointed in it though... measured the bed before I bought it, and it was just as wide as my Nissan truck between the fenders... only problem was the fender wells on the ranger are a bit more narrow on the top than the bottom. Banshee won't fit without the aid of 2 wooden ramps I built. Little question for Boonman since he deals with custom lifts on trucks: If I were to want say.... 4 - 6 inches of lift on my 2wd Ranger, just for some extra height for some larger tires... what's the best way to go about that as far as the front end's concerned? patrolman808
I'm lucky enough to have a new black Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 quad cab dually, 35x12.5 SuperSwamper Trxus M/T's, 5" exhaust w/o muffler, AFR cold air intake, and a few other goodies. I also have a 1969 firebird 350/4spd that I'm working on, and a 70 Chevy stepside with a '68 front end, Pro-stock Harwood hoodscoop-dang thing is 12" high..it was a good idea at the time..,ZR-1 roll pan, lowered, a few billet interior pieces, but no motor/tranny. Got it my senior year of high school so I could learn some mechanic skills. Now if I could find the $$$$ to finish all my projects I'd be one happy camper
