why does Duncan racing swear by their set-up, including the 34mmpjs?

i would think cause the porting can handle the fuel, im not familar with whats in that duncan package....but twin 34's would just drown that poor girl if shee's stock.....or youd find yourself just barely cracking them open, im with banchetta a real power loss.....

No idea....they told me that I could run them w/ just pipes alone and no porting, but wouldn't gain that much......GAIN!!! WTF, At least keep up w/ stock hp.....I sold the carbs and lost out on some money....Sucky way to learn....I'd still like to try some 26mm flatslides if they made them..... B)

So with the mods I have listed should I jump to the 34's???

they might work out fine with the cpi's and a port right now are you running a real high main if so id say yeah go for it, the 34's can provided alot of fuel..maybe ask the guy that ported your jugs....if race port means he carved the shit out of your jugs then yer probally cool...i have a MX ported motor that cant run 34's it would drown.......

I wouldn't dare to give you an answer...I really don't know...banshee #48 had a shee w/ just bolt ons and CPI drag pipes and he said he had 33PWK's. He was taking everything in the pit....Of course he was setup for dragging also....whether the 33's were the best choice, I don't know, maybe he could of gone better w/ a different carb choice....
