edgehanger
You either don't have a choke bowl or the choke bowl is on the wrong carb or the choke circuit is clogged. Some bikes will cold start with out choking. Most will not. Sent from my GT-I9500 using Tapatalk
arena314
so you guys think I have 2 of the same bowls? and back when it was running when you would choke it while it was warm it would shut off doesn't that mean my choke is functioning? hoppedupandcutdown
You can have two of the same as long as that passage is clear. And you have yet to confirm that. need to pour not spray in the red arrow hole, got a eye dropper?
arena314
yeah I should have something that will work and I'll re check it again later and let you know Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
sleeper06
Do a leakdown test and get an idle screw kit , you can't use cable play as idle adjustment

arena314
it's been a few days since I've had time to look at the banshee. within the next day or 2 I'm going to pull the carb bowls and make sure I have the right ones then go from there Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
arena314
and btw I have a blaster carburetor sitting around and I'd imagine that that bowl has the little just thing could I use that bowl on tbe left carb? Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
hoppedupandcutdown
Probably. But wouldn't it be nice to know if what you are running was the problem or not? That would make it easier to move forward in correcting your issue.
arena314
so should I just throw it on tbe left carb? Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
arena314
turns out both carbs had the same bowl. put the blaster bowl on and the quad started right up now I just gotta play with the throttle cable bc it's binding and sticking somewhere. I'll probably re route it but the bowl was the issue Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
