hoppedupandcutdown
Is your choke plunger assembly in good shape? Did you ever check your bowls? I run 25's with Toomeys and no lid
ginger
what yo run might not be what he needs, being that his altitude or weather is different.

arena314
the choke tube in the middle is just a piece of hose someone cut and uses it slides on pretty easily idk if that can cause an issue or not. and idk if the bowls are on correctly or not. what's the way to tell? hoppedupandcutdown
really old ones don't, or you have 2 right bowls. Pull the left bowl and look for a small jet/ passage in it.
