AK Redline
I dont know why or how, but my piston skirt broke off the left piston and fell down into the crank. resulting in a locked motor, the piece was wedged in the crank and locked it up and their is other debris that i think got down into the case. So me n my buddy are gonna have to rip that open and clean the case and MAYBE replace the crank... but while its apart id do some mods.... so ive come to that im gonna put wiseco prolites in and itll have to be bored 40 or 50 over since the ugly pistons scarred the cylinder really bad. im gonna do a cool head, and im gonna port and polish, and my buddy is giving me is olf fattys. With these new mods and my lack of money for bigger carbs... could i get away with boring my carbs out? and with these new mods would it be bad to use the stock clutch? or would i need a new clutch to cope with the power increase. thanks for an input my banshee is goin from stock to this so it should be woken up! i cant wait

Toomey Banshee
If your clutch is working dont replace it. As far as the carbs go the stockers are actually pretty good, they outflow a stock motor, so with your intended porting you could get away with boring your stockers for now. Get some CPI's if you get a chance, they really perform well with a ported motor.
Leadfoot350
get some stiffer springs for the clutch and use three and see how that does. You can use a dremmel to clean up the casting lines and polish up the exhaust of the cylinder to get a little more power because your funds are limited.
