Ayesully810
What ever happened to these guys? They used to be the camels hump when I was a teen. All over dirt wheels. Speaking of that remember that long travel banshee they did up with Sundahl? Amazing. Discuss.. Ayesully810
Trinity is no more for a reason. As for sundahl, look up lew swam. He has one. Is that reason because they started producing low quality work?
trickedcarbine
Is that reason because they started producing low quality work?Yes. They were more concerned with cool looking Billit instead of producing quality motor work. Dasa stepped in and bought Trinity out. Harry is now running a more scaled down operation now under his own name McDermott Racing. He still owns the rights to the Cheetah cylinder and Banshee exhaust.

How does that work
trickedcarbine
He never made cylinders. Calvin at CP industries and Harry partnered on the Cheetah and Harry did the R&D and had exclusive rights to them. Motors were coming out making way less then advertised and people wanted other options. So CP created the Cub and DM, etc. Harry still sells the Cheetah cylinders but they are not cheap and they still need a competent builder to set them up.
Ayesully810
Making cylinders? Trinity never made cylinders. I know trinity never made the cylinders. Was tricked talking about the rights to the cheetah PV cylinders that used to be produced? I guess Im a little confused now.

What is the difference between the cub and DM cylinders?
trickedcarbine
Cub is pretty much the same port layout as the Cheetah, but it doesn't have the powervalves and runs banshee reeds instead of 250r reeds. DM is 250R reeds and much larger bore.

Ayesully810
Controls, he's referring to the d cheetah cylinders which were PV (before the cheetah cubs came out) so I'm assuming he didn't feel the need to specify Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
