Steering stabilizer

I have one on all my bikes and I find super tight trails like single track on a dirt bike is the only time where iv thought maybe this isn't a good idea. Because your swinging the bars back and forth a lot and it makes your arms tired. I still wouldn't take it off because as soon as the trail opens up and I gas it the stabilizer is king.

Have you tried turning it down? I normally keep mine tight but in trails like that I have turned it down and been fine
