J-Madd
What carbs do you have now? Any carb will get the job done. PWKs are plentiful and relatively inexpensive. Lectrons are more expensive and take more effort to get them close, but much easier to make tiny adjustments once you get them close. Larry's Shee
Not to be a dick, but if these are questions your asking you need to stick with basic carbs Well then share your knowledge on the subject. If you posted your setup, I missed it. X-2 /\ engine, pipes, etc, main type of riding you will do.
KamiKonze
It's a '99 banshee with stock bore, t5's, and am looking at a 421 cheetah kit. My regular riding is fast trail riding and sometimes logging roads where I definitely top out, sometimes technical trails when going to check on the hunting shack, but very rare. My elevation is 500-1500 ft. The reason I am asking about carbs is because I was thinking about just getting the kit and everything except carbs and buying Lectrons. But then I came here and wanted to ask you guys Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
sheerider11
Get regular carbs. They will be plenty and all you need
guns4children
Get the PWK carbs. Why? 1. They are cheaper 2. They are more easily found used (cheaper) 3. Getting jetting advice will be easier 4. They will work for your setup and riding style. 5. Easier to sell when you part your bike out. KamiKonze
I'm just wondering but how much would it be for a pair of PWK's? And what size carb should I get? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
J-Madd
You can find a set for $200 - $400 35mm would be the biggest you'd want unless drag racing.
