Not throttle response

Recommended Posts

Hi guys

Sometimes after warmmed up when i apply a WOT. Not response correctly. It give a kind of jostle (or sound choky) and after I keep WOT a few seconds starts to respose slowly and i can run full throttle.

What the problem?

Stock carbs with 300 mains 27.5 pilots (tors on it but disconnected)

V force 4

Shaved head

Stock cdi coil and stator

Plugs looks brown color, not rich, not lean

No hard start

Before put the v force and shave the head also made all that

Okay. First thing to do is make sure the slides are in the correct carbs.

Is it good gas?

Clean correct plugs?

Ratio correct?

Have you done anything to see if you can fix it

Yes the slides are in correct position, half moon in the airbox direction

Yes is a good gas because other buddies don't have trouble with the same gas

I have not cleane the plugs, ¿how to do? And what plugs? Spark plugs? Harness plugs?

Mix ratio? I use 32:1 ratio
