Is it not running right?

I feel like it's not running right felt more power with the stock carbs b4 I do a leak test and plug chop I wanted 2 see what other ppl are running so I could try a few different jets and see how it feels but I never ran 35 b4 fast Racing recommend it told me it would help my all around performance and more top end

I was taught that its better when you tune, begin tuning with being on the rich side and lean down from there until you find what works with being a little more on the rich side to be safe. So if your running really rich right now it prolly wont take much to find what works. Search the forums for other posts and see if you can find another bike that is close to your mods and sea level, you might find some good info there as well.  I'm sure some other people will chime in with good advice and direction as well.

Thanks I'm going 2 order a few jets 145-158 and a few pilots I got my carbs with jets 160-170 I'll just play trial and error til I get in contact with sleeper06 to do a leak test and plug chop I feel I'm not 2 far off also how do u know when 2 go up and down on the jets for what temp outside like dude said he has his jetted for 80° weather so if it's hotter/colder do u go one size up or down ? I always went one or two sizes up in the winter was I doing this right

Driveline in Ortonville Michigan hooked me up on the dyno and got me all dialed in.. We did it on a almost 90 degree day and it was setup to run safely on the rich side.  From what Ive read on the forums if you are jetted that way, you dont have to mess with jetting  between mild weather changes. On days its 85-90 it runs more rich but if I go to ride on a 65-70 degree day, no worries, it will run great. As far as jet changes between more extreme weather swings Idk I wanna say I read somewhere on here a guy goes up a main jet size for every 30 degrees it drops but that probably isnt right.. Im still learning myself, more experienced tuners will correct me if im wrong or chime in with what you ought to do.

I'm at 160 58.

But I'm super conservative right now as I just had the engine rebuilt.

On the dyno I was down to like a 150 50

Maybe less I'm not sure that was a while ago.

4 mil stock cylinder. But I've seenever people be bigger and lower then my jets

What exhaust are u running and elevation for set up

People are probably going to ask the symptoms of what your bike is doing to not make power btw and will ask what your plugs look like.
