Wampus Cylinder Max bore?

Recommended Posts

So I am new to the Banshee and come from 4 strokes so please forgive my ignorance I am trying to learn.

I recently purchased a barn find 2003 Banshee that the motor was seized. I tore it apart last night to find it has a 4mm HotRods stroker crank and Wampus Cylinders. The Cylinders need to be re plated and new pistons (obviously). So my question is before I send cylinder(s) to Mellinium  I am going to buy pistons for it, Can I bore it to 72mm safely or would I be better off just staying at 68mm bore. Thank you...

That answers my question. Thank you! I'll order 68mm pistons thank you for the quick response guys

I believe millennium has pistons on hand.

They will measure the pistons and match them to the cylinder

Also if the motor seized I'd be pulling the crank out and inspecting that. A hot crank is never a good thing.
