trickedcarbine
Nice. My Old WCR was done that way. MachModified did the blue . Should be buttery smooth. In all reality people say it's over kill. But even just running the parts on a buffer and polishing everything that way helps a ton. The benefits only compound if you can not only polish, but improve all the micro surface imperfections and you have a real increase in how well it feels. JTmachining
I like REM. Unicorn needs any help it can get to lower chances of scattering itself lol
mxturd
Ok so I went with the atf, and now I decided to go a different route. Do I need to replace the clutch plates when switching oil, or just change it? Thanks
hoppedupandcutdown
I've read that you should change fibers with a oil change up too. But I went from a bike I bought running O'Reilly cheap ATF and immediately switched to Klotz and have had zero problems. Same clutches and 3 years later everything is fine. n2otoofast4u
If you're REALLY concerned about it fill it with diesel and run it for a minute or 2 and drain. Then refill with new. If its me, I drain the current oil and let it drain over night, fill with new oil, go ride......
RagunCajun
wait wait wait. With diesel? I used the wrong oil and im going to hondra brand since that's what my bike shop sells. I didnt know it's best to clean it out with diesel.

If (when) you end up with water in the clutch side and it cotes everything with strawberry milk on the inside of the trans, the diesel trick works well to clean that all up before putting in the fresh oil.
RagunCajun
I gotcha. I just let it drain. The plug will be out for two weeks by the time i get to it. Looks like ill just put the plug in and ride. I'm thinking too far into this.

I've done it on many a V-8 over the years too.
