Can someone help me identify these pipes

I have a guy wanting to trade some pipes to me and I've never seen this brand of drag pipe, and he says there are no markings anywhere on them. Any help would be appreciated. I've got some people telling me an old school cpi possibly. I'm really not sure about them.
