I'm 1000 ft above sea level, bored .050 over pro x piston, toomey t5s, vf3, cool head with 21 cc domes, chariot cross over intake, +4 timing no air box lid. what I have now is a 25 pilot and the main is 340 that seems huge just looking for some input thanks

If the OP's motor is air tight, the above jetting will be very, very close.

OP, inspect the intake boots for cracks.

Re-torque all reed cage and intake screws.

250in•lbs or 20ft•lbs

Seat both airscrews gently and turn them out 1/2 a turn at time until they're 1-1/2 turns out.

 

But all of the above needs to happen first, then the following needs to happen.

 

Is TORS eliminated?

Is your idle set to ~1,500 rpms?

Are your carbs sync'd at idle with a FAST Sync tool?

Are your carbs sync'd at part throttle?
