registered user
i talked to packard and k&t about what tires to use. if they dont work they dont work but atleast ill know what direction to go. on flat 300' surely i could run more tire but ill mostly be on a big hill
J-Madd
I guess you'd be surprised what little tires can do. Even at the track we put some 12 pdl haulers on a 421 (instead of 14 stg extremes) to try to slow it down and it still ran low 3.8s @ 84mph. Go figure. JTmachining
11 haulers on a plus 8-10 swingarm I can see for a BIG hill and small mtr. But not how I'd set things up

registered user
theres quit a difference from 300' flat dirt and 600' sand at 30* or so incline. if the tires dont work ill get different ones

m671054
Those will work fine on a 7-10 mil.
registered user
alot of people have never raced on the bigger steep hills. sure alot of rollout and paddles may get you moving quicker but it can really drag you down on the far end in the higher gears if the setup is wrong. 73+ro 11 haulers i think was a good place to start for the setup i got. got a nice collection of sprockets also
