camp0429
It would be wise to split the cases, check tolerances on crank and cylinders. Theres likely a whole bunch more shit that needs replaced other than rings
SandSlingerOR
Doubt u need to replace rings, just clean out the carbs & jets to get rid of the varnish & oil. Clean the fuel tank out & maybe that little filter inside the tank. Put fresh fuel in with good premix at 40:1 & new plugs. Should be fine to rip on it after a good warm up. Also change tranny oil as well.
bigweav81
4-5 years is plenty of time for a lot of shit to go wrong. You can probably clean it up, and rip on it, but for how long? Take camp's approach. If you're going to own a banshee, you may as well get balls deep in it right off the bat! I'm not speaking in $, but more of learning about the machine, maintenance, etc. Sent from my SM-S820L using Tapatalk Edited June 11, 2016 by bigweav81

hoppedupandcutdown
Holy crap! Is was gonna recommend getting it running, do a few tests and access what it would need. To late for that now... You're all in for sure, you'll fit in here for sure! Go big or go home!
Dunatic619
Castor 927 always left a lot of residue on my silencers. Not often someone new here actually does things right the first time. Nice! And welcome.
guns4children
I would have ran that shut till she blew. At least he would have got some inexpensive fun out of it. Don't be surprised if you have 3 grand into that motor before it's back together.
