Derrickc14
Ill remember that next time. Thank you Strm! Yea that was my first dsm. Then i bought a 93 gsx and full built it 512hp 482 torque on mustang dyno on e85. Ok so that chop there was around 50 degree weather. Now that it 80 to 90 i dropped the mains to 155. Now this issue happened to be as i explained at the top so i put the needle in the middle/3rd clip. Issue still accured but my middle throttle sounded less deep in tone. Felt better and healthy. Sooo thats pretty much where im at. I guess i just have to play with the pilots some more. Everything seems pretty spot on regarding the mains and needle position. I just cant tell if it want more fuel or less on the bottom end.
Strm Trpr
is your idle set to around 1,500 rpms and are your 35's sync'd with a FAST sync tool? Airscrews must be equal as well. I start at 2 turns out. I use this to tune. http://m.ebay.com/itm/New-Digital-Tach-Hour-Meter-Tachometer-Gauge-For-2-Stroke-4-stroke-Gas-Engines-/331223584733?nav=SEARCH And this to sync. http://farmandsandtoys.com/ocart2/carburetor-sync-tool.html?search=Sync

trickedcarbine
C12 is not a leaded/oxygenated fuel.

Strm Trpr
2500'Ahh, that explains the 21cc domes and the leaner jets. And FWIW, DGL needles are richer than the CEL needles. That's got me thinking now. OP, how big of a pilot have you ran? Your main jet looks good. Try riding your bike with the chokes pulled on. If it comes on the pipe better than you need bigger pilots. Ayesully810
A fat pilot will be lazy off idle when you snap the throttle. When the pilot is too fat the airscrews will need to be turned out to produce the crisp off idle throttle snap. If the airscrews are turned out > 2.5 turns then you need to decrease your pilot. When the pilot is correctly sized you should be able to turn the airscrews out and the idle should rise slightly. http://www.duncanracing.com/TechCenter/KeihinCarbJetting.pdf Chris I read through that whole thing on duncans website the other night.. was really eye opening
