sevrin.murin
So my banshee decided that it only wants to run on my right side. I was told it's got a welded crank, ported and polished, pipes, dual K&N filters. Lately it's been firing on the right side occasionally at an idle it'll pop and fire. If I get on it then both sides will go. I just did a compression test and they're both at 135 even. I've swapped coils, Cdi boxs, reeds with another bike and multiple new spark plugs because the left side keeps fouling with gas and oil but it never even looks like it's fired. Any help would be great..https://vimeo.com/169022844 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
pappawtherodder
Not sure this is relevant to your situation but ran into a similar situation with my buddies bike. Was blowing white smoke out the right side. Checked everything you described. Turned out it was a bad o ring in the cool head. Take your radiator cap off, start the bike. If you get bubbles in top of radiator it's probably a bad o ring.
maggdog
and you changed carb from another bike also?
edgehanger
You should've swap carbs too. Pilot could be clogged if you say once you get on it the other side starts working. If it's fouling plugs could be the pilot jet has fallen out or been left out and passing to much fuel Sent from my GT-I9500 using Tapatalk
RIPPIN' IT UP
Had a similar situation, where the right side wasn't firing at idle went well 1/4 throttle & up. Blocked jet pilot jet, water had gotten up one of the short breather hoses when washing it then got stuck in the jet.
