Air Filter & Outerwear cleaning product?

Hi -

 

What are you guys using to clean your air filter and outwear?  I'm having no luck with dish soap.  This stuff is sticky.

I use simple green. I fill a little tote drop them in. Let them sit for a few hours. Water is warm to.

That^. If I'm in a pinch, simple green ain't bad. Just takes more effort.

I uses the same brand cleaner as the oil used. Who would of though a company developed a cleaner to remove their air filter oil.

I Use The Maxima Fab 1 Spray On.

A little trick I learned from WCJ was stick a vacuum in it and spray. Sucks the spray right in to the pleats and minimal over spray

+1 On the Maxima stuff.. They sell their oil and cleaner in a kit also if you wanted to go that route

In follow up to this, I used "Super Clean" from Canadian Tire.  It said that it dissolves grease.  I would not recommend it and will be trying a different product.
