Been slowly picking away at this. Wound up changing oils [ castor] because pilot jets were clogging up if it sat to long. Now using Amsoil Dominator @ 32 to 1 with 110. Let me know what ya think?

Looks good. But I know vp rings are different.

Maybe that's why it looks orange to me.

But thickness seems about right.

And color on the plug in general is a good thing too.

This was on Sunoco purple. I haven't noticed a difference between the 2. Well just the price. Paying 60.00 for 5 gal. of the purple. A 5 gal. tin of C12 was 78.00

which ever. I know race fuel rings are different. They have other colors.

Doesn't dominator call for 50:1?

What carbs and main jet you used?

 

Also what gearing you used to put a good load on the engine in just 5th gear?

 

When i my engine is back together, im going to attempt a plug chop in 6th. I'm not crazy about doing 90+ to do it. But it will be fun!
