badger99 Posted April 24, 2016 Report Share Posted April 24, 2016 Hi I picked this supposedly rebuilt motor and got a frame powder coated and all the parts to restore it, I have it together now, it is bored 20 over t5 pipes 290 main jets 25 pilot jets and I'm on the 4th clip for the needle, i have tried new coil cdi, stator tested out good and it still barley runs, it goes bah bah bah bah like a rev limiter, idk what else to do, did a leak down test, water pressure test compression test and still can't figure it out, thanks for any input Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
