junkyarddog
So what's the whole trinity thing? Is trinity who makes this cylinder? I'm always scared of trinity port work Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
hercalmighty
Trinity owned the rights to the cheetah cylinders. When the owner of trinity sold the company he opened a new shop and took the cheetah rights with him. hercalmighty
To be honest, I have a 499 cheetah (72mm bore, 7mil crank) and I think you will get more out of a serval just because the builders have done a ton of work on them to get a great power and smooth delivery out of them. There is lots more info and more parts available for the serval then the cheetahs. Plus to build a serval is a lot cheaper then a cheetah. trickedcarbine
Letting Harry from Trinity have the rights to the Cheetah is the reason they never took off.
hercalmighty
I agree with you tricked. It sucks. I think there is a ton of potential in these cylinders Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
camatv
the PV cheeto can and will make more powa and broader than a serval. internally they are nearly identical. the PV will allow low end AND big time overrev. SO many times i have seen cheeta's set up completely different with known bad combo's instead of using what was learned from the cub's setback and hold up's weird port timing layouts and retarded dome setups.. if you built 2 same stroke same cc cheeta/ serval and did everything the same internally the pv motor would dominate
