jdracer
So I bought a banshee I thought was gonna be just a roller part out. Well ended up having the motor but disassembled. The pistons coming out of it were 66.25. Is there any more bore I can do to clean it up or would I need to buy new cylinders to get it going? bigweav81
Better off buying a new/ good used set. 66mm is about as far as most go. sent from yo mammy house.
Bennett131
You can go to 66.5 but that's it

jdracer
I think it'd need resleeved. Has a small mark inside probably when the rod broke. I didn't really want to buy new cylinders just because these are painted and look different. I just wanted to see if its worth putting back together. It has a 4mm hotrod crank already so if the cylinders wouldn't be a big issue I'd slap it together.
