I've seen it in a few other posts, but just in this one, surfrjag and trickedcarbine both said they're bad.

I had bad stator on my bike and wan great 1st to 4th, 5th ran like shit 6 was useless like i pulled choke out or just hit kill switch. Swapped it out ran like a raped ape on steroids!

Get a hold of a used oem one from ray at motor city Atv and don't listen to what these guys say about him. Never had any issues he carries coils stators cdi's, way better than any aftermarket options.

I'd get two stators as you'll want an extra one for big weekends.
