Larry's Shee
Start with basiç maintenance. Clean filter, carbs one at a time, new plugs. Write down what the jet numbers are and needle position for future reference. Ohm plug caps separately, trim 1/4" from wire, install with bit of dielectric grease. Check pick-up gap .018" make sure nubs are free of rust. What do current plugs look like?
camp0429
Stock carbs? If so the most common problems is choke tube missing, slides switches, or float bowls switched. Happens all the time
Surfrjag
Switch plug wires and see if it switches. Done a compression test? Reeds could be wore out.. sometimes even look ok. Swap them and see if it follows. Jet could have got clogged from something in fuel line.
cumminsguy95
Stock carbs and the plugs look like a darkish coffee color
