Power stop brakes ?

My son is needing new brakes on his 03 Silverado SS.

Been looking around a bit and thinking of Power stop brakes from Summit racing.

Any input appreciated. Want to stay middle of road price wise. Is upgrading to drilled/slotted rotors, maybe ceramic pads ? Mostly a summer DD , light to maybe medium towing.

I am running them on my ranger. i like them a lot they stop great for the cost. I have the drilled and slotted rotor with ceramic pad. I will get them again when the truck need brakes again.
