Keno
Bought my first banshee a little over a month ago and proceeded to weld a clutch ball about 2 weeks ago. I Ordered a pancake bearing and a Silicone Nitride Ball bearing to fix that. I originally just took the bottom of the case off to fix the clutch issue. I noticed that the cases were put together with freaking RTV and it was EVERYWHERE. Figuring that the motor was put together by a hack, I took the topend off. I'm staring at the cylinders thinking, what is the point of the water jacket holes? Then I look at a Serval kit and notice they come with water jacket plugs. WTF my motor was put together without the water jacket plugs... Anyone know what size plugs for a Serval and do I need to get aluminum plugs? Thanks
n2otoofast4u
Are you talking the threaded holes in the bottom of the cylinder?
Keno
Yeah the threaded holes on each side of the exhaust flange in the water jacket that sit on the base gasket.

Keno
The joys of buying used. I was wondering why the coolant was low. I know I can find NPT plugs locally, Not too sure about a IPS flush plug. Thanks guys, Looks like I'll just place another order to FAST need some ARP nuts too as the regular ones were a pain to try and get off.
