Top end maybe seizing up?

I got my Banshee back yesterday from having it repaired at the dealership and it ran like a champ. Today I was letting it warm up and tapped the throttle, and the left pipe was the only side I could see blowing that initial start-up smoke out. I rode it up and down my driveway to see if anything felt off, and after about 5 mins the powerband was no longer kicking in. It felt and sounded like it was seizing up when it should have BRAAAAAAAAAAPED. So needless to say I need some help because I'm a tad pissed I just paid to have it fixed and it still ain't acting right. Here's the jetting and current mods if that helps...

K&N air filter with no air box lid

FMF Gold Series Fatty pipes

Pilots: 30

Air screw: 1.5 turns

Needle jets: set at 4th notch

Main jets: 290

The repairs I needed were because it wouldn't start after running fine for 30mins at my buddies house a couple weekends ago, and a new clutch cover gasket because the previous owners damaged the old one while trying to get it off so there was an oil leak, and I wanted new sparkplugs. Here's what they did...

- new spark plugs

- new clutch cover gasket and new transmission oil (Yamalube 10W30 which I wasn't happy about but whatever)

- coolant flushed and new coolant put in

- 2 new gasket, float chambers

- 2 new needle valve assemblies

- fresh gas 50:1 (Amsoil Dominator)

- brand new right carburetor

- new pilot jets 30, needle set at 4th notch

- new main jets 290

That's it. The only other thing now is the problem stated in the original post and a small shift shaft seal leak.

Well 50.1 is lacking oil even with amsoil cuz that's what I run at 40.1.... So my guess is you might have ran her lean with not enough oil(i believe how that works)...and as sleeper said you prolly have and air leak.. Is also check the carbs to make sure slides are correct and bowls..

My buddy Tyler said he'd put 310s in mine. I'm at 600 feet above sea level.

That's me.  I personally wouldn't take it back.  After a little asking around, you can still order factory carb components individually from Yamaha.  You do not have to order an entire carb.  Any shop with access to a brand new carb through Yamaha has the ability to see that they also sell individual pieces.  From there, that's up to you as to what you do.

I would drop the pilot to a 27.5 and start plug chopping at 310 and work down, but I'd also heed the other advice given.
