sleeper06
It's not your jetting, that jetting is pretty fucking spot on . You have other issues. Ask them to perform a leakdown test on it . If it did have an air leak you could have squeeked it . It's either electronic or airleak. I don't wanna tell them how to do there job but a leakdown should be performed before they take anything apart. I would say there chasing an issue on the side they changed carb on. Just a thought. On a side note there's 4 dealers in my area that bring me all there two stroke stuff , there mechanics no nothing more than uncrating brand new machines and assembling them and that's a stretch most of the time

02Banshee88
The head mechanic said he thinks it might be a pilot jet issue or a fouled spark plug. I am wondering though if my carb slides are synced up, if my reeds have frayed, has my boost bottle cracked my carb intake Boots over time, and why the carb they replaced is on the same side that isn't blowing as much Exhaust out? 02Banshee88
Bike just got dropped off. He said he would do a leak down test as long as I was willing to pay for it, & I said yes go ahead. He said the left tors box was definitely too loose when he looked at it, Edited February 23, 2016 by 02Banshee88

02Banshee88
Jetting sounds close enough to at least get an ok pass. What is compression in both cylinders? What do the spark plugs look like? And what was the bike doing before it went to the shop, and what did they say/do? When I looked at the sparkplugs while they were still intact, hadn't taken em out yet, there were brown spots on the right side sparkplug which is the same side that wasn't putting out as much exhaust smoke as the left Edited February 23, 2016 by 02Banshee88
