sleeper06
Most likely harness issues then , these plugs get filthy I would separate all plugs , take carb clean and a lil brush to clean plugs , then blow with compressed air then dielectric grease all rubber and connection points . Also look over harness I chased my tail the other day over a shotty butt conn
hoppedupandcutdown
could be a dirty/bad contact in the thumb or key switch too

R.R-1.1993
I wanna say ive swapped all electrical parts except the lil chrome box thats mounted next to cdi (voltage regulator i think)
Keno
I don't believe the voltage regulator has anything to do with the CDI. The CDI run off of its own part of the stator. Its got to be a loose connection or bad switch. Check out the plug wires and coil. Just in case something is loose there. lastnline75
Just cut the 2 wires and twist the together and crimp a butt splicer over them or solder them together and insulate accordingly. FKN JUNK
