They are 10 for 2 years and are valid in ca,nv,or and maybe some others. No title needed and its all done online. Just need a vin or engine# from your bike. You could probably just call them and ask. There rules seem pretty lax. Get that new lonestar and it will have a frame # i would try that and see if it takes it.
