SiCkBaNsHeE_990 Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 I am in the process of rejetting my carbs. i took out the old pilot jet whick in a stock size and i am going to replace it with a 30 pilot. when i got it out and try to put in the new one the threads wont fit threw the opening. does anyone have any suggestions? Banchetta Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 The mikuni pilot jets are a little different from the pilot jet in the shee...make sure you have the right one....the pilot jet you took out was in the tube beside the main jet right??? under the plastic splash guard... Quote
