4mil question

There were a few long rod cranks, in the for sale section for around 300 and they looked like very little use

Yeah I'm looking into some...but if I were to run a stock crank with some port work for this season and built a 4mil later could I still use the same cylinders with a long rod?

As long as your cylinders are not past a certain point. If someone is clear with intent to me I can port cylinders to a point and still leave adjustability for a decent 4 mil port

Ok awesome I think I'll run my stock crank this season and go 4mil next.. So if I do just a mild port you can adjust for the 4mil

Why not just sell your stock crank while it's still in good shape and put that money towards the 4mm and port it now? You'll prob get more out of the 4mm with the correct port that's done first

Trust me just spend the cash and get the 4mm crank and port the cylinders by someone good like one of the hq sponsors or sleeper. Plenty of options on who can port your cylinders Edited by bluebanshee98
