Nutz Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 Hello all, i need your help once again. I just did a top end and having a hell of a time with the thing running. I know there are a lot of jetting questions out there but I need the help before I torch the thing. My shee is a 2002 bone stock, snorkle removed, thats it. What would be the right combo for jetting? Right now it bogs bad from idle up, when breaking in it did back-fire 2 times and ran even worse after. It seemed to run worse the hotter it got. Plugs look good, the book said to run 16-1 for fuel for break in, could that make a difference. I will be checking for air leaks tomorrow with the carb cleaner trick. Banchetta Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 sounds like the tors is kickin in...Disconnect the parking brake switch on the handlebars and the little black box above the left exhaust. Just unplug them at the connector..problem solved.... Quote

Banchetta Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 tors is more than just the carb tops...Is the little black box disconnected along w/ the parking brake?? What is your current jetting?? Air cleaner clean?? Little choke tube between the carbs in place?? (1/4" x 2" long) Quote
