Because if I have to pull the cover, I'm gonna just pull the engine and go through everything. I don't want to do that. ^^^he's going to have to. I'm sure he doesn't want to either. I've replaced seals where the shift shaft comes through without removing anything on dirtbikes, also the kick start seals. I don't see why it would be any different.
