Sure, will show you the finished product in a day or two. Exams period here, so i'm little bit more busy than usual.

$55 will get you a podtronics rectifier/regulator that will handle up to 200w. One compact unit with 4 wires. Just sayin

I do agree in order for this to be feasible you are gonna have to find a PB board that will work, mount all the electrical circuits on, make a housing to neatly store all the electronics. Seems like the price of yours after all the hours of labor and price of material will be in the $50 range ATLEAST

Then to make money you will have to charge ~$55-60 bucks ...

At first, i taught a simple circuit will do the job. I'm far from be an expert in electronics and i was wrong.

The unit will cost about nothing 'cause the part are cheap, but you are right, i will put it on a board.

Luckily, i have everything by hand, 'cause there is an electronic dep where i work.

My goal was to made something simple that everybody can do. I failed at it. Cant be so simple and work as safe as i wanted to.

I'm @ $27.50 on my day job. Just the amount of time talking about it exceeds $55.00. Add the time fiddling.....

Luckily, that's part of my job to try things and play with the cnc ;-) You muricans are always talking about money, never about kbnowledge...

Its part of life though. If I need something made out of metal, I make it. if I build a new house and need plumbing and electrical ran I call somebody. I don't have time to fuck with shit forever...Time is money. Now, back to the LEDs please.

This is my plan for the mounting I just need to find someone to build it for me, square stock mild steel to "fill" in the stock location with a brackets bent to accept the LEDs right above the location. Might get the actual measurements tonight and go to the local fab shop to see if they can build it.

No thanks these lights cost me 18.50 plus a few bucks to make a bracket... Plus most LED stuff from China is just as good as anything else and costs about 20 - 40 bucks for a bar, I will be putting an 8 inch bar on the handle bars later
