trickedcarbine
Meh, granted you how a particular motor set up reads it can be a good reference. But if it's all foreign, do the math. The big single cylinder motors typically have the higher static pressure then a lot of multi cylinder setups due to the big ass transfers they get. trickedcarbine
The math I referred to would be actual calculated compression ratio or uccr.

registered user
im sure everyones seen this. http://www.2strokeheads.com/tech2.htm. one thing it doesnt mention is the dynamic pressure of a engine with powervalve vs fixed port. if you think about how the engine works what are you/we/us accomplishing by testing it in a non running state. except to gauge wear of the top end Edited November 24, 2015 by registered user
trickedcarbine
Only a reference number for someone familiar with a particular platform. Not sure how to say that any clearer.
