chuck81673
I bought a Streamline Stabilizer for the second time. When trying to mount it with the piston facing towards the front, I can't get the bolt on the collar, that connects to the piston, to clear the bottom of the stock radiator when turning the wheel left. The first one I bought got bound up and I bent the end of the piston. I had the same issue the first time, but managed to make it work by grinding the bolt down and with some interference with the bottom of the radiator. According to the directions, they have it mounted similar, but the Banshee in the illustration has an aftermarket radiator, which appears to be shorter in height allowing that bolt to easily clear the bottom of the radiator. Are the aftermarket radiators shorter in height as the picture illustrates? I already did a search on steering stabilizers, but the pictures offered are not taken at an angle where I can tell. chuck81673
I thought about doing it that way, but wasn't sure if it would interfere with the radiator. Will that work running front plastics, mine are not cut? Thanks
