chase@miamiatv.com Posted November 6, 2015 Report Share Posted November 6, 2015 banshee stock cylinders , with a cool head...... one stud completly has lifted out , pulled what looks like a heli coil ( i tHINK ) a thin spring like looking wire... anyhow the stud can basically rest all the way into where you would screw the head stud in normally , and can be effortlessly lifted out without any thread bite. What do i do. What are my overall options.... Im mechanically inclined just never had this issue over the years.... If i have to post pictures i can. I have , I see zero possibilities of getting a tig to fill it and it be a solid repair, then machine it to fix surface and other cylinder to match, adjust domes,. sleeper06 Posted November 6, 2015 Report Share Posted November 6, 2015 I have the ability to do it, but once a repair has been done with a heli-coil you need something called a big cert ,I no longer have these if you wanted to purchase the big cert kit I would do repair for you.
