Shee_fast
Well here goes..... So I have a tot of a 90% motor got it for 150. I was looking through the "bottom end assembly" thread, noticed im missing the idler gear, key washer and c clip. Also my kicker seems sloppy. Any help with this would be awesome... Surfrjag
that idler is common to come off and clip and washer get destroyed, check all the gears in the trans and clutch gear for damage. Have fun, these motors are relatively simple. when you have question don't be afraid to ask.. after you have searched of course.

Power_Man
When i rebuilt my motor, i used YouTube a lot. Watch multiple videos of the same thing from different users, that way you can get different views and perspective.

Power_Man
Change your seals. Why chance your rebuild over a couple seals.
