If you're pleasing 90+% of people these days you're doing good, regardless of the industry. If you have 10 customers and 9 are happy, good deal. Then it could always be broken down to what the issue is. Price, time, quality, etc. We have a very small market and very few customers who happen to order enough product to keep us in business, not only that but we have expanded a lot since ive started. Just struck me as really left field. It is quite likely that each sponsor here, myself included, has failed at customer service. We want to offer the best product at a "better price". There are failures that come with that learning curve. I certainly have had some. Let me give one small example that makes a big difference. I sell a gas cap vent on ebay for $2.50 and of course this is a china product. We make all our products but this little one. We offer this at just above cost as a means of building a greater customer base for our own products. A guy bought one and asked me 3 days in a row about when it would be there. He left negative feedback because he thought on the third reply that I was kissing his but. Negative feedback has a real impact on my ability to make a living. It sure seems like some people on here are taking this to an extreme. We need to move on. Kevin did not steel any person's first born. It is more likely that he has had the same experience as I have and other sponsors and builders. Banshee suck!!! They constantly drain money out people's pockets and that is why I am in business. When I was younger and tried to learn-do it myself I burnt a motor up 4 times before putting 2 hours on it. Trust me I am not the only one who does that. Pistons and gaskets are a goldmine for banshee dealers. Personally I hate forums because they are necessary! I refuse to text and have never done it although in my shop is every sort of cool technology you can ask for. Give me 80 horses pulling a wagon and a rifle and a hoe and I am good to go. Make my nearest neighbor 20 miles away and I am good! I AM VOUCHING FOR KEVIN HERR AND IN FACT I AM GOING TO PURCHASE SOME MORE CYLINDERS AND SEND THEM TO HIM. I TRUST HIM COMPLETELY. I also trust all the other sponsors on here. I know some of the few here who are very vocal about him are good customers of mine and hope they remain so. Sometimes it is our fault that we don't get our banshees right. I know nothing of these wsm cranks but I have heard of bad hot rods cranks, bad twister cranks, bad vito's cranks etc. I have also learned that almost any link in the powertrain can effect and damage about any other link. I have also heard of how hot rods cranks have improved. I have heard and know for a fact that Vito's cranks are NOW as good and better than current hot rod cranks. On some things there truly are people with inside information. There are a few dealers of banshee parts and a few banshee engine builders and they most all try to do the best work. Kevin certainly has worked hard at building a good business and does not need a couple disgruntled customers make it seem like they are many. Kevin is a great dealer of mine and so are my other dealers. Right or wrong Kevin surely needs to get on here himself and make amends even if he does not agree. It amazes me still to this day how sincere apologies make a difference. Many times I have offered an apology when it was clearly not my fault. I have done so when it clearly was. What I have learned in business is that all though there is no parking spot for my boss I still have one. Actually I have thousands and they are customers. If I were interested in bashing people or businesses there are no shortage of ones who have it coming. I do not because nobody is perfect. My following point is also valid. My belief is Kevin should be on here personally because forums really put a hurt on small businesses or they really help them. Mistakes are made and maybe someone is not real good at communicating.
