My bike shifted like crap tons of mis shifts the thing would roll bad when you reved the bike with the clutch pulled in...i tore everything down and started over...just looking at it i notice alot of grooves but since i have no idea what im looking for i cant tell if thats normal or not So far i have a pro mod tranny from redline a hinson clutch basket with HD backing plate a new clutch kit from fast with HD springs and a new inner and outter clutch hubs on the way and a new clutch cable ...if im missing anything let me Know Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Bennett131 Posted October 28, 2015 Report Share Posted October 28, 2015 Make sure your internal adjustment in the middle of the preassure plate is correct. The actuator arm in theory is supposed to line up with the arrow on the case...I'm pretty sure mine has never been perfectly in line, but just an idea of something to check. Pics of inner hub?
