willaduncan
Installing HIDs HID harness... Obviously the black will go to the black wire on the harness side and then you connect the hot wire to the yellow wire on the harness side which is the high beam hot wire. End result is a plug-n-play hid kit!!! For the rest of the install I'm going to put good use to my behind radiator CDI bracket to mount the ballasts for a clean hidden install... willaduncan
I use to run hid's. Moved on to LED. Like it betterI am just a fan of stock lights, I'm thinking of adding a 6 inch led bar to the handle bars as well but I don't do much night riding Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I know Theresa's been debate of HIDs burning the housing and some other BS but I don't think I will have to worry about all that shit I just want to see for when I occasionally ride at night Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Dixie normus
I used the 35w. Never had an issue with melting housing. Would be cool to find a way to put LED inside oem housings

willaduncan
New battery powered it up just fine!!! Now to install the HIDs!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
willaduncan
I decided to make this battery box a little bit easier to take off the battery retainer, I used an internal lock washer stacked on an external lock washer with a washer and wing nut on the top. Resulting in me being able to tighten the wing nut with out using wrenches in a tight spot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
willaduncan
Zip tied the ballasts to the behind radiator mount, I didn't feel like going through the hassle of removing it so I figured I would put it to some good use. Battery seems to be charging just fine! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
