aleyesonme
I'm thinking about buying some alky carbs, this is what the guy tells me but doesn't quite sound right as far as jetting...I could be wrong...just never heard of a main jet that big in alky carbs. Correct me if I'm wrong please. Anything sound wrong with what this guy is saying....read below It originally had 188 in it, but they were drilled much bigger....they are much bigger than a 210 that I have it sitting beside.......the only jet that can remain the normal or even smaller size is the pilot or idle jet...enough comes through the main at idle that the pilot has little effect...alky bikes run pig fat...you literally can't run them rich but you can definitely run them too lean
trickedcarbine
Alky likes to be quite fat. It's pretty forgiving when rich but will make broken parts when you flirt with that last bit of power.
