chris_sims1981
I bought a banshee that has a hinson quick clutch. I bought a new cable because it seemed like it was stretched. I adjusted the clutch lever and it doesn't move much and has a bit of free play. I can get it to engage with no issues when I pry on it from the shaft. I was wondering if maybe there is an adjustment on the clutch itself or if there shorter cable I would have to buy?
trickedcarbine
Quick clutch? Like Hinson Quick change cover?
chris_sims1981
It's not a cover. I noticed it because the clutch case is larger than the one on my other banshee. A friend looked at it and told me what t was when we pulled the cover off.

trickedcarbine
It's not a cover but you noticed that it's a bigger clutch case???? You and your friend are a bit confused. Put a couple photos up and we can help you figure out what you have.

Set it so that the arrows on the top half of the engine case and tip of the clutch actuator arm are lined up. With 8 plate clutches (you very well could have) they won't line up, so relatively close is fine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
