awesomewrangler
1st set of lectrons, and these are old style without powerjets. My set up is a stock cylinder, dune ported 4 mil, 65 bore, fmf fatties, cool head with 19cc domes, dual 32mm lectrons with 3-1xl metering rods. Engine seems to run out of fuel top end of 5th and misfires and stutters before I let off (couple seconds). Pulls hard in lower gears. Idles and runs well in midrange. Plugs have only a little color, yellow. Currently running 112 fuel. Any suggestions on what to do?

trickedcarbine
It you're winding out 5th & 6th, it may be worth having a dual pinguel pet cock and possibly bigger bowls. What brand 112? Lots of race fuels get weird colors instead of the age old chocolate tan you hear most folks refer to. But typically you can get like a cinnamon redish smoke ring. awesomewrangler
Didn't mention that I do have a dual outlet pingle installed. The fuel I'm using is renegade 112. I would just install powerjets, but I just don't know where to get them, and how to install them. I may just call lectron on Monday. Anyone using lectron think I need different metering rods?
