Banshee launch issues

So I'm torn. He's finally talking to me and taking this seriously. He told me where to set timing, pickup gap, and plug gap and I'm very close on all 3 already. He's asked for jetting, what the plugs look like, he's asked what carbs I'm running 3 times, pipes, and everything else. He thinks my 4mil being 2-3 lengths ahead in 300' is a "huge gap" and that if I want more power I just need different domes.

Idk, I'm debating reassembling the engine tonight and putting the head on first and then torque the jugs to see if my squish changes. To a more even number.

So far, he's said my pipes are holding me back (I know that) and he thinks I have a leak after the carbs however my leak down test was perfect 2 rides ago.

I'm going to give his parts one more shot, I'm going to reassemble the engine, try putting the head on differently, and check squish again.

I'll have the new domes from Justin this week. That would make the squish on this crank right. Although I know she needs a hot rods crank.

He's staying on the path that I have an air leak though. He thinks my jetting is like way way off and that's all that's wrong. Idk

I didn't say I was going to run it, merely put the head on the jugs and snug it up before I torque the jugs. Don't remember who made that suggestion but it makes sense

Sheerider, it's still an issue.

Toofast, I'm only going to mock the engine up on my bench to see if the squish changes with the parts torqued in a different order.

Kevin is still fishing for info and looking for an out in this deal. He hasn't mentioned the PayPal claim but I am sure that's what sparked this conversation today

I'm not going to buy a crank until the PayPal claim is settled. I might end up with the hotrods like I originally thought I was getting. Kevin is clearly not going to give. He just went from criticizing my leak down test to telling me my jetting is the issue. Dude is looking for an out bad

The first time I ran this engine it started chattering really bad. Flywheel had come loose. I thought it sheared the key. It was torqued down too. That nut and lock washer were on this bike when I got it. I thought it was stock. I reinstalled the flywheel, torqued again and it's been fine since.
