trickedcarbine
You can get the Mr. Gasket ones for import in lower pressure. They don't last. Mine didn't even make it past a season of ice racing on flat ground. Maybe 6/7 rides. And it always read wrong. JMO, the barb of a hose should be equal to the inner hose diameter or slightly(just a cunt hair) larger then the I.D. Of the hose. If you got a chunk of metal that fits right and holds an accurate gauge, run it.
Time Machine
I wouldn't. Aren't those high pressure caps? So it can get up to super hot temps? I'd want my cap to open and start puking. Good question, I bought model #2473s, 16 psi. Clymers says stock cap pressure is 13.5 - 17.
bluebanshee98
I never tested mine in boiling water like that but it seemed to work ok. When it was towards 240 range coolant would boil out. I had a lower psi one and it was import.

do-work-son
http://www.cyclebuy.com/shopping/trailtech/tto_meters.htm Mounts like this?
willaduncan
You can mount it on the return line and you could look at it but then it's not an accurate water temp, the only viable option is the TTO and there about the same price Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

trickedcarbine
Nice, but clunky in comparison to other stuff available these days.
ClaudeMachining
Nice, but clunky in comparison to other stuff available these days. Yup, but, spec wise, i taugh it was about the best for the bucks. 2 egt, 1 water, 1 rpm, 2 screen, 200 min of records at 1/10th second rate on all chanels playback, software, warning lights etc... Lots of stuff in that thing.
