It measure 24.5", with out the bottom part, to center of bar clamp. About 27.5" total length. Can't find anything on what stock length is. Even used the search function. Thanks for the help. I'm almost 6'1' (men, we have to claim every inch we can!) and the stock stem makes me feel like a gorilla on a tricycle. Have anything longer than stock? Pro Taper Travis Pastrana FMX (bend) dirt bike bars. Gives it a bit more hight, nothing to crazy. + awesome sweep back and a little narrower. The stem clamp is anti-vibe. But I still wonder, why not get a higher rise bar Vs swapping stems, in the 7/8" I've seen some msr bars that have a 6" rise. So I guess the Q is, is the taller stem better than going with taller bars? With your stem and some msr bars, I'll be a little higher than savage. Which seems great for the price. But I'd also rather get things right the first time and not have to do anything over. Thanks for the help everyone. Also, my wingspan is 79" if that matters. sheerider11 Posted August 31, 2015 Report Share Posted August 31, 2015 I won't run 7/8 bars. I like mid bars. A longer higher bar will bend easier. I had pro taper fat bars cr bend and I loved them.
