slag_350300
http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=281076923591&globalID=EBAY-US I'm going thru the process of elimination rounds and I was just curious if anyone has bought and tried a stator from this guy? They must be refurbished right? Seems like a pretty inexpensive alternative as opposed to a genuine oem banshee stator. We're talking hundreds of dollars cheaper. What do you guys think about those lets for sale
slag_350300
Seller responded to my email and said they are made in China. I should probably just stick with a genuine Yamaha part or Ricky stator right ?

slag_350300
Good to know. I figured these were garbage but doesn't hurt to ask. Thanks for the comeback guys. I'll try and eBay a stock one, the wires are knicked real close to the stator and I'm afraid to mess with it and make it worse so I'm looking for a replacement
mike0chek
go OEM for stators
sleeper06
If the wires are nicked up coat them with liquid electrical tape . You can even coat cracks in the oem epoxy to protect from moisture on the windings
trickedcarbine
Oh, but they are the latest and greatest! What ever do you mean they had failures? Naw, no way.
RollinRhino
Even Minkia's OEM stators are better than the after market ones.
